Firearms not claimed by 12/30/2019 may become the property of The NRA Foundation. If for any reason you are unable to complete the Firearms transfer, The NRA Foundation may obtain ownership of the Firearm. All Federal, State and Local Laws apply. Any applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be paid by The NRA Foundation from the final winning bid amount.

Donations to The NRA Foundation, Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by federal law.

Winning bids in excess of the fair market value and any sales taxes paid by The NRA Foundation are tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Contact [email protected] for a list of item fair market values.
